We will visit your
property once every week (52 x per year) and carry out
|
|
| |
|
internal and external inspections
and report as detailed in the previous two services described. |

| |
|

| |
|
We will carry out a thorough clean
at the beginning of the season, & again
|
|
| |
|
at the end of the season, (cost
of cleaning included in the annual charge)
and close down your property for winter, this will include making
sure the
gas, water & electric (if reqd.) are all turned off, fridge/freezer
doors are
open, beds and furniture moved to centre of the room, where possible,
(to minimise the risk of damp damage) and then ensure everything is
locked
up securely. |

We will provide you with a 24hr
call out security service which will be in |
|
| |
|
the form of a notice, placed
in a prominent position, showing telephone numbers for both English
and Turkish speaking staff, who will respond accordingly to the person
calling (I.E. call police or fire brigade or instruct
one of our own staff to attend). |
