KEY
HOLDING SERVICE

We will hold your
keys (one set) to your property in a safe & secure location &
|
|

|
will, subject to receiving reasonable
notice, make these keys available to you
(or your representative), at our office during our normal opening
hours,
except when you are using our airport transfer service, when your
keys will
be sent with our driver. |

| |

|
|
| |
|
We will only release your keys
following a security check, (I.e. password &
|
|
| |
|
presentation of suitable I.D.). |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
|
Whenever possible, if required
we, would also (subject to written agreement), |
|
| |
|
make your keys available outside
normal office hours at a mutually agreed time & location. |
|

Whilst your keys are out of
our control (I.e. they are with you or your representative), we
cannot take any responsibility for your keys. |

Also keys will only be released
on receipt of written authority
(fax, e-mail ,etc.) from the owner, and having seen suitable means
of I.D.
for the person collecting the keys (I.e. passport, driving licence,
company id. etc.). |
